We have been developing family land and providing OWNER FINANCING since 1985 when John H. and Bettie Deas and Audrey S. Bullard formed Deas Bullard Partnership. Over the years, we have bought, subdivided and sold thousands of acres in North Florida, giving people the opportunity to own land through our OWNER FINANCING.
As the years progressed, John and Bettie's daughters, Sue Lane and Martha Jo Khachigan, and Audrey's son Chris Bullard have become active partners in the business and have also formed BKL Investment Co. Additionally, the Bullard Family has bought, developed and sold land through various companies they have created.
